What are peoples preferences? I swaying towards a replacement panel filter over the pod for the simple fact that I wont be harrassed if I ever happen to be pulled over and car checked (unlikely).

But on a performance point of view (i know they're not instant big hp in a box) a pod in the engine bay sucking in all the hot air vs the panel filter in std air box. I might even get some piping made up to duct into the engine bay.

Would there be much difference? ohh and its on a NA 4cyl (non toyota powered Confused )
