Thanks feral
If i had a welder i could make my own but alas, i dont have the money for a tig welder right now
I really would like to do everything on my car myself, It would make me feel better knowing i made it all

I think my girlfriends dad has an arc welder?
I dont think im too good with stick though Mig and tig is a different story though
I guess i could have a go?!
When you made yours, did you make it on the engine out of the car? Cause i was thinking, i can make one using my old engine as a guide then put it on the new one? What do you reckon?
Oh, To put the turbo on the car you dont have to pull the engine out again do you?

i left my 4agze in the car. a lot easier to figure out how for to come out from the engine and have no fire wall dramas.
no need to pull the engine just to do a turbo conversion.
i did have my old 4age on the engine stand, that helped a bit with location of the a/c compressor etc.
i can weld stick, but not the best. so i tacked the whole thing where i wanted it and got the old man to weld it up proper.

Does your manifold work well for it's design?
