Someone told me KE70's are good as same to ae86 in design 9suspesnion setup, chasssis etc), so how true is this? I've always wanted a sprinter, but instead of like 3000 for a shagged sprinter (if I could find one), I can find any number of shagged ke70 four doors for like $500. The idea is to get a trueno front cut and just swap it all in, so: -How hard is fitting the 4age-can I use the ae86 engine mounts etc in the corolla-like a straight swap? -Can I fit the struts, brakes, control arms etc meant for an ae86 without drama? -can an lsd ae86 rear end be bolted straight onto the ke70 rear arms and stuff, along with the disks? -fuel tank and fuel system? I might just go carbies and toss the injection though. -AE86 extractors fit? Basically, I want to build a thrasher car, for a bit of mountain road action, and if the 70/86 are as similar as people have said, I just want to do like a trueno spec mechanical transplant on the old 4 door rolla. Sort of make an ugly ke70 bodied sprinter. cheers, floody
