AE86 conversion question

Just wondering what is the most cost effective converstion to be done to a AE86 inh you guys' opinion? 4AGE? 4AGZE? 20 valve? even Silvia turbo???
I'm not just talking about power.. but with the money I have to spend on a conversion and all other parts that need to be changed for that conversion... which is the most worthwhile?
How much money are we looking at and what parts are needed to do that conversion?
