twisty_toy94 Occasional Poster Location: Sunshine Coast QLD Registered: June 2003	Mandrel Exhuasts and Cats Tue, 20 January 2004 21:44 My trubo setup starts getting installed over the next month and I'm just trying to sort out the exhuast at the moment. I was hoping to do a 3" mandrel exhuast, but am not sure if it's going to be worth the extra cost. So just a couple of questions. 1.Do you's think the 3" mandrel exhuast would be worth it? of just go 3" press bend, with maybe mandrel on the couple of tight bends? 2.How hard is it to do it yourself, I can borrow a MIG welder off a mate and I prepared to take a whole weekend if necceasary? 3.What's the best cheapest 3" Cat to get? (secound hand from jap import maybe?) 4.Last one, will the turbo and cat be enough to silence the exhuast enough legally, or will a small muffler be needed too?? [Report message to a moderator]
