Hey dudes, sorry to bother but im so close to getting clutch in

Can someone please tell me torque settings for ae92/93 pressure plate, bell housing and any others they can think of like crossmember??

Thanks HEAPS

P.S. Ive used 60ft/pounds for flywheel but pressure plate definately wont take that. . . Crying or Very Sad
