I put a holding deposit on an engine!!! Getting a 3TGTE and W55 gearbox for $1750, checked out the turbo compressor wheel and it was fine, NO movement. Compression tested it and got roughly 130,130,125,130, due to a VERY bad earth on the starter solenoid from some corrosion it wasn't cranking very well so we all came to the agreement that it would be getting 140 approx in all four cylinders. General mechanical condition of the engine is excellent just needs a tidy up on the exterior. So just gotta wait a month to organise some funds and transport then my cars going in for it's engine convo!!!
