1jz - removing injector?

Is there any way of pulling the cylinder 3 injector out without having to pull the whole fuel rail out?
If not, what is the easiest way to pull the fuel rail out? Do you need to pull the inlet manifold off?
I was thinking of taking the throttle body off and then disconnecting the vacuum plugs and possibly I would be able to get it off then. What do you think?
