RA23/28 Adjustable Whiteline Swaybar - SOLD Sat, 30 August 2003 04:06 Go to next message
Hi all, I'm selling an almost brand new adjustable whileline swaybar for an RA23/28 Celica. Might also fit some other cars.

It has ALL brackets/mounts etc and is only about 500km old.

I am selling as with my 15x7 wheels at about 80 - 90% lock they rub on the swaybar. but this is whitelines design etc and what they sell which lots of people are running.

I got a custom made one to get around the rubbing problems.

$120 (worth over $200 new).

Cheers
Joel

Yeah Terrigal is near Gosford.. As you go along the F3, you take the Gosford exit and Terrigal is about 20mins away.

The whiteline product/part number is BTF25Z

The catalog says it is 24mm.

At the ends of the sway bar there is 4 or 5 holes where it attaches to the control arm. You can change the mounting point depending if you want it soft/hard.

I'm happy to post interstate.
I was running 15x7" wheels when it rubbed. It rubbed right at the front of the tyre at around 90% of full lock.

I talked to Whiteline about it and they said they sell lots of them and no complaints, maybe the offset of my wheels isn't correct or 7" too wide.

I have done the xt130 strut conversion now which increases the track width by 8mm or so per side. I reckon it wouldn't rub anymore with this.

But anyhows....

let us know if interested still.

Cheers
Joel
