R12 a/c gas chemical name? Sat, 31 January 2004 12:32 Go to previous message
Does anybody know the chemical name for the r12 a/c gas?
I know that the newer r134a is 1,1,1,2 tetraflouroethane and I was just wondering what the old gas was?
Is the older gas a better refridgerant? Though more harmful to the environment?
Have there been any other refrigerants used in car a/c's?
