How's this for a funky new conversion motor?

New range of V6s coming straight at you, with 6 speed autos. All in RWD configuration already. I'm led to believe it's an all alloy V6 with dual VVTi and direct port injection.

Important numbers for the 3GR-FSE are 188 kW (256 hp) @ 6200 rpm and 314 Nm @ 3800. That said, it has at least 280 Nm of torque from ~1500 rpm right thru to nearly 6500 rpm! And ALL of this from a 2994 cc motor. At least as good as a 1UZ!

Goodbye JZ, hello GR! Might be fun in a Celica or a Mk2 (Corona or Supra).

Clicky-clicky.
