Bosch Coil with ballast resistor... Wed, 11 February 2004 10:04 Go to previous message
Hi guys,
Well just got myself a Bosch GT40RT transformer ignition coil
today and i seem to have run into a bit of a problem... Confused
It says that the coil needs to b used in conjunction with a ballast resistor.
Did the Aus Spec ae86 come with a ballast resistor or do i need to install one?
If so what type of ballast resistor?
If i knew i was going to run into a problem like this i would have got the GT40R and just slapped it in!! Very Happy
Any info is much appreciated!
thanks
Ryan
