20v dizzy cover

hey guys
just a quick question, wat u guys, (who have done a 20v conversion with a DLI setup, microtech etc with coil pack using the dizzy as a trigger but without the cap), use to cover the top of the dizzy as the caps to long to put on??
i have seen 1g dizzys at the import yard with a plastic cover over it but they got different holes so it wouldnt match up
