smaller pulleys for toyota superchargers.

does anyone know where i can get these? i'm looking for soemthing that will produce around 9psi (so double the factory boost setting of 4.5psi)on an SC14.
someone told me to use the SC12 pulley, but by the looks of them they're the same diameter. i only have internet pics to look at though, so i may be wrong.
can anyone out there supply me some contact details of who might have them? can i still keep the electromagnetic clutch?
