Hello, I'm from the states and new to the forum. But there was a discussion that was raised about 1g-gte ct12 exhaust blades fitting inside a ct12a exhaust housing (the stock 1JZ twins).

Though ct12's are metal blades. shaft diameter of ct12 and ct12a are the same. if you slap in a ct12 into a ct12a, you don't have ceramic fins busting up all over the place, and you can boost higher. and it spools up around the same point as each other (ct12 turbine is smaller, so less mass to push, whereas ct12a turbine is larger, but less mass to push due to ceramics)

Does anyone know anything about this? I tried finding an earlier discussion that your forum might have had before, but didnt seem to find anything, thats why I am asking. Someone also told me to come to this forum, because it is a normal thing to be seen on the forums of a conversion like this. And if it is possible, could you boost more, how much? and would it be easy to do? Thank you very much.
