Qustion installing 1jz on mk2 ?

Hi guys this is the first time for me posting in this forums as usualy i always be in supraforums 
ANyway i know some guys around here finished swaping jzs engine on there mk2 so ive got little qustion to help me out on my mk2
First ive got 1985 mk2 6mgt and i want to install 1jz-gte so the 1jz came from supras and chasers and the engines got diffrent cranckcase positions so would both of them fits my car ?
