I have built my engine up and have a few questions about the timing setup mainly. I have the crank and number piston on tdc. The keyway in the crank is straight up. The little notches in the cams are straight up. The sprocket on the exhaust cam has the mark straight up but the inlet one doesnt. its about 45 degrees out. Does it matter where the gear is solong as the cam is in the right position. Also should it be hard to turn the motor over with a spanner on the crank. Feels like heaps of compression. Also does anyone in brisbane have a 18rgeu engine that i could get a look at to see where all the hoses and wires go as im having trouble with mine as it came to me in pieces. Thanks
Ben
