Adjusting rear brake bias...

Atm my rear brakes lockup wayyy before my fronts (not a good thing )...
I was planning to fit an adjustment valve just after the flexible line going to the live axle (thought it would be the easiest spot...).
Where can I get an adjustable valve (I did have a look in the yellow pages and rang a few brake places which weren't much help )? Are there any cars that come with them from the factory, or can I say goto enzed and get one (if so what type is good?)? btw I can fabricate the fittings to match my existing lines so thats not a major problem I hope...
Cheers
Wilbo
