I get the prosecution info 25th march Talked to the chamber magistrate while I was there, and he seemed to think I had a pretty good case (although he was careful not to advise me as to what I should do in terms of pleading) basically, burden of proof is on the cops. They have no visual witnesses to the accident, 1 guy who heard the accident, and the testimony of the officers on the scene. I was in the car, and have photos to support the fact that the flat tyre caused the accident. They need to prove either a) I was drunk (I blew 0.0 on the breathaliser) b) I was speeding (no visual witnessees of any kind) c) Driving in a dangerous manner which caused the accident. so on the 1st of april, think of me [Report message to a moderator]
