I'm not sure if that's the correct term, but it is the situation, on a carby, where the vacuume system switches from cold to hot operation, and if you turn off the engine - it will not start.- until it is cold again.
I get that at certain times of the year, spring/fall, the conditions seem favourable.
What exactly is this ?
and - I know somebody has the details.
Is there a remedy - will it go away with efi 4age ?
