Mon, 08 March 2004 00:22 Am buying a house and getting a company car so have to sell my baby. It's a 1987 ma70 Supra that we put a 2.5lt twin turbo 1jz-gte engine in about 2 years ago. Engine and gearbox came from a jza-70 manual front cut. For those in SA it has been Regency approved and comes with certificate etc. The conversion looks incredibly neat and tidy, as though it was factory fitted. Engine is unmodified and runs stock boost, stock air-filter etc. Dyno-ed with 152 rwKw at 9psi (running some crazily rich A/F ratios) on stock computer but now has a Blitz Access modifed computer. Featues: Blitz Access ECU - no boost or speed cut and slightly more agressive tuning. 4.3:1 LSD R154 manual gearbox Cruise control Air-con 2.5 inch exhaust (very quiet) TEMS suspension with new struts. HKS Blow-off Strut brace Autometer boost gauge EBC Green Stuff brake pads. 3 months rego The body colour is metallic blue (rare Supra colour) and could use a little tidying up. From the outside it looks like stock ma70 so it is a bit of a sleeper. Surprisingly quick, especially with the manual gearbox. Grey interior, analogue (dial) dash. The engine is unmodifed, and the car would make a great base for further modification (single turbo and the like). Plus, being Australian delivered I found it much easier to get insurance and so on. MUST SELL THIS WEEK. Price is NOW $10,700 - that is an absolute farking bargin. I am getting married in 2 weeks and cannot have this car in my driveway after I'm married . I know how much it costs to do this conversion properly (esp with manual gearbox) and it's not cheap. Must sell soon - company car arriving shortly (on Friday!!!).
