ke70 drift car?

hello all,
Upon returning to australia from Japan, i have been thinking about getting into a little bit of drifting. I have no experience at present.
I own a ke70 corolla which has a 5k engine in it with a webber, extractors and exhaust. What mods should I do to make this a decent drift car? I don't want anything too crazy as this would be a budget project.
I was thinking, shocks (what type?), springs (what rate?), 15's with lower profile tyres, most likely a locked diff. Do this to start with and see if the 5k is up to it. If it isn't, maybe a 16v 4age conversion? I will do a search on the swap, but if anybody wants to throw in some info., it would be great!
