brought a 86 St162 celica as a project car but $$ is tight and am looking at buying a house..

engine looks like it has slipped timing belt and doesnt run at all.
no idea how the gearbox is.
drivers front pannel has damage but only to the pannel
has 2 brand new tyres on the front
car is in good cond other wise paint is in good cond.
