 auto too manual bits wanted (mk3 supra)

hey all, just after some bits and pieces for a auto to manual conversion for my ma70 supra, hopefully someone can help me out
okay, i need the following
clutch slave cylinder
piping from m/cyl to slave
tail shaft (or at least front half)
flywheel, clutch + pressure plate
flywheel bolts
iv already got a r154, clutch master cyl and Clutch pedal & pedal box + manual brake pedal.
is there anything else on thats not on the list that i may need?
