definately, and unless the ICC agree, he will be allowed to bowl in Zimbabwe, hence sailing past the 520 wicket mark
I hate how they have to go through universities etc to look at his action...i don't care if his got a bung elbow, don't doosra then!
The pic shows a BENT elbow... 'nuff said.

The rules are quite clear. He's allowed to have a bent arm, he's just not allowed to straighten it. The doosra is the dodgy ball - he is clearly throwing this one.
