GZE O2 Sensor Wiring

Alright, for the 4A-GZE i know that three of the wires are for heating etc etc, but which three are they. I need to use my non heated (single wire) O2 sensor in my GZE (4wire input) as the heated version i think is either dead or getting cooked by the excess heat + the heating coil and therefore spouting wrong values and sending my closed loop fuel consumption through the roof.
So does anyone have a pinout or done this conversion before?
