AE82/92 4AGE airbox - flow

Any ideas what these flow like? I'm looking for an airbox to suit my car (KE35 with 4AGE), obvious choice is obviously the AE82/92 box, but I've been advised to look for something along the lines of Commondore VK-VS (VS being the better of the lot) because they flow very well. They are, however... VERY big (370x180x210 for the VS V8 one), but they do flow well (129cfm for the VS box, approx 87cfm for the rest)
