ive just finished this conversion on my sprinter, its a 1984 aus spec sprinter with a few add ons like wheels etc. currently being resprayed. ill post more pics and info when the car is back. heres a pic of the engine bay, note that since these photo ive cleaned up the engine bay a lot by hiding/neatening the wiring, changing to a thermofan and deleting unused air con lines/fuel lines etc.

the engine is an ae93 red top, completely rebuilt with wiseco 11:1 pistons, acl rings, all bearing journals, seals and oil pump are gen. toyota. cams are hks 288's extractors are coustom tuned length, ports cleaned up, manifolds matched, 3 angle valve job, 4k electronic dizzy with disabled vac. advance. twin 45 webers with 36mm chokes. engine is being run in currently but ill post up the dyno sheets when i do a power run. also ive changed the ramflo filters for trumpets and uni sox. tell me what you think.
