86: going from carby to efi setup? The hiddens.....?

An 86, changing form the standard aussie 4ac to an efi engine, wether be a 4age, gze or even 3sge-fam.
Other than changing the actual engine, bolting it up....
What is the "hidden" things that:
1. MUST be changed....
2. SUGGESTABLE to be changed?
eg. fuel tank (EFI. is it a MUST?) and al the other stuff whatever it is that must be changed or fiddled with going from a mechanical to ECU'd engine.
