Flow capabilities of ga70 cooler?

Hey
When i got my half cut from rolin they said they threw in a jza70 cooler(not their fault cause they didnt know what they looked like and so i gave them a description and ga70 is same just smaller)
Anyway it turned out to be a ga70 cooler.
what can these flow to power wise on a 1jz gte manual..
its only gonna be there for a few months, as i have no other options
anyone have any idea?
had a search but couldnt find much on it
