 will i need to dyno if.....

hey all,
im just about to put a 3" exhaust, and bigger cooler on my 7mgte, just wondering if i need to get a dyno tune after wards? will these mods upset many things or will i be right?
is there anything else i can do apart from dyno tune every time i mod something? cos the next thing on the list is the lexus afm to raise the boost cut a bit, how about that, will this f**k things up or what?
