Where to get twin carbs tuned in BRIS/GC area?

Hi
when i have finished running in my engine i need to go and get the carbs tuned. the engine in question is Toyota 18rg with twin mukini solex side draft type carbies.
The only problem is i dont know if i can get the motors specs (custom cam and custom oversized hi comp pistons) so i think i would need it to be put on a dyno or something.
So... Does anyone know of a good tuner in the Brisbane/ Goldcoast area (prefer GC) that has experience with these engines and stocks jets etc for these carbs?
I went into MotoCarb in Nerang and they seemed very knowledgable but they would need my engine specifications to do it properly which i dont think i can get.
