4AGE thermofan wiring

If I'm not mistaken the sensor switch for the thermofan on the 4AGE (AE92 if that helps at all) is usually closed (on) and open (off) when it gets hot? If so... How do you wire it up so that the fan comes on when the engine gets hot? I've heard something about using 2 relays, but can't seem to figure out how the wiring would go...
