i'm after something similar to XF type (and KE70 corola type Wink

yeah its a bosch 70 amp with itnernal regulator...

sounds ok. this is what i'm after.
on the left is the bosch falcon one i'm looking for (or at least that style of housing and regulator) and the one on the right is the KE70 housing it goes into....

He most likely still had the harness, but he doesn't have the ECU any more (ta buddy!).
