Specifications



Car: 1983 Toyota Sprinter, Australian delivered Levin

Engine: 4age Smallport 100kw Engine from AE92 twin cam Corolla. Internally standard. Converted to RWD, Modified intake manifold, Loom + ECU from Bigport AE86 motor. 4-2-1 Extractors running long primaries, 2.26 inch exhaust system over the diff. Performance lead and coil kit. K&N Air filter with custom cold air box.

Drivetrain: Extreme H/D Clutch, Stock T-50 Gear box, T-18 diff housing with TA22 Celica 4.1 diff ratio, New bearings and fitted with a brand new TRD 2 way LSD.

Stock (for now!!)

Wheels:
Buddy Club P1 Racing Wheels 15X7, 3.7 Kg per rim
SSR Reverse Mesh 15X7
Advan Oni’s 15X7

Suspension: Front:
AE86 Struts modified to Short Stroke specs and fitted with Coilover Height Adjustment, GAB 4 way adjustable short stroke shock. 10 kg/mm 200mm Tein Spring, 20mm helper spring, HKS Adjustable Uppers, Cusco Strut Brace, Modified castor rod, Mitsubishi Sigma Lower Control Arms, RA40 Celica Tie rods, Standard anti-roll bar, Power steering arms (shorter then non P/S) from Jap AE86. 40mm Roll Center Adjusters, 5mm wheel spacer

Rear:
Cusco 6kg/mm 240mm free-height spring, spring rubbers removed, TRD/KYB 8 way adjustable short stroke shock absorbers fitted with hard utherane bushes. Modified factory panhard rod, Adjustable lower trailing arms to adjust pinion angle. Longer wheel studs from Mitsubishi Sigma fitted, 5mm wheel spacer. Cusco 4 point Roll Cage, Cusco Adjustable Rear Strut brace.

Interior: Heater core, fan, air cond, glovebox, consol surround, rear seat, entire rear trimmings and carpet all removed from car. Door trims replaced with sheet aluminum as is rear hatch and rear quarters. Drivers seat is Sparco fixed back bucket race seat, Passenger seat is stock. Nardi steering wheel with boss kit and removable boss unit also fitted for extra length. 3 Stage shiftlight fitted to dash.

Exterior: Panda bumpers, Toyota White number 3 with Jet black on bonnet. Modified front bumper wheel arch to clear Wheel due to excessive track and castor, Rolled guards, Sticker work courtesy of Sponsors.

Settings:
Front Camber: 4 degrees Negative
Front Track: 1610mm
Front Castor: 7 degrees positive
Front Toe: 2mm toe out

Rear Track 1550mm
Rear Pinion Angle: TBA
