ok say I wanted to change my headlights from flip up to flush mount, would it be legal if I replaced them with 4 round lamps (2 for lowbeam 2 for highbeam) if they comply with ADR 46/00 and had them aligned properly?
ADR 46 is
"Headlamps For Other Than L-Group Vehicles.
Specifies the photometric requirements for headlamps to provide adequate illumination for the driver of vehicles other than motorcycles without producing undue glare for other road users. Specifies the maximum and minimum wattage and light output and distribution. "
