sounds like a nice ride I have a 1989 SV21 camry (4-cyl) were as your is a VZV21 (V6) but however same shape just different motors and a few extras the motor code is:- before the dash the engine family it belongs to and after the dash is what features the engine has I'd say yours would be 2VZ-FE the F= mean economical twin cam head (narrower head) and the E stand for EFI I can't see the Z being after the dash as this would mean its supercharged camrys are a very well built car I'd say the V6's would be just as reliable as the 4-cyl 3S-FE's

does that mean my camry is supercharged
i didn't even know there was such a thing.

NA in your case that just the engine family but it would be nice to have a supercharged V6 camry though she bloody fly!

click on the www.toymods.org.au link on the right hand corner of your screen and click on tech articals on that page and it may help clear up some of the codes you wanna know about it took me ages to understand them
