I have been a closet admirer of your frogs for some time. I really like green tree frogs, the ones that we get here aren't that bright, more of a yellowy brown colour - but how green are yours? They must have a better spray shop.

It all comes down to what they eat and how they live. The one on the left is really really green.
Makes me want to paint my car that colour.

Kind of I guess. The really really green one lives in our green house where birds cannot get access to, and the other two live out in the garden hiding from the birds.

So, they get greener if they are left in the greenhouse? If you put them in the outhouse I would assume they would turn brown then?

The idea of a frog and a rat in the same cage is rather amusing..... NOT
I couldn't imagine the rat doing any real damage cause well rats that are pets are usually quite calm.... but a ferret now that's a different story.....

last time I saw a cane toad was about 2 seconds before I ran over it with a lawn mower
my habit with them also used to be to catch them and put them in the freezer overnight, then throw them up as high as I could onto the road
