Cold idle problem on 4AGZE, Microtech

One of my friend's car has cold idle problem with his car also, can you guys help him out?
It's a AE86, 4AGZE, Microtech ECU, fuel system: pre-pump, surge tank, main pump.
It's just doesn't have cold idle. Is it a missing wire somewhere.
