Hi everyone! I'm about to begin my first car restoration. It'll
probably be a Toyota Celica TA23 (european model with 2 horizontal
carbs). I'm actually getting it very cheap but it has 200 000km on it so i was wondering if i'm gonna have to change a lot of parts (except a few bodywork and basic engine work of course). I can't find a lot of celica parts where i live so if i have to find all the direction or transmission or anything that's haven't been replaced and is very used after that mileage, it'll be a problem I think.
So, is this car reliable even after all these years and km? Does the engine need some serous work (piston, rings, rods...)? It is a 2T-B 1600
Thanks for your answers!
