Could we make a post in an interstate area sticky?

A post has been created in the victorian sub-section of these forums, which will be updated to try and list all upcoming events throughout which may be of interest to victorian toy-modders, and even interstaters who may visit victoria.
instead of someone having to post at the end of the thread each time its updated, could it be made sticky?
The thread is titled "VIC Toymods Calendar", and I am happy to keep it updated weekly or better.
If the updating falls behind, I am happy for it to have stickyness removed.
