howdy all.
putting this ad up for a mate. brand new Toyota Hilux diff gears (crown-wheel and pinion) for sale, main ratios are 4.5 and 4.8, but other ratios are available. at the wreckers you can expect to pay upto $600 for a second-hand set, but these are brand new. they will be selling for $350 each.
also for sale is a Toyota Hilux 4.1 locked diff centre, asking $120 for it.

yeh, that might be $300 for a whole diff, but is it LSD or open? what kind of condition? what kind of warranty on the product? my mate who is selling these rang a few places and got quoted different prices around $450/$500, notice i said UPTO $600, and not that $600 was the lowest price you could obtain them for. these units for sale are BRAND NEW, not reco'd or second hand. im not trying to shove these down anyones throat or jip anyone, its just an add for a mate who has access to parts like this that people might be interested in and this is how much he wants to sell them for.
Turbo-RA28: not sure about 3.9:1, if i see him over the weekend ill ask him and get back to ya. cheers, daniel.
