I have a couple of questions about converting a TA22 from auto to manual, i have 2 complete TA22's a 74 and a 75 one being manual and the other auto (of course you say
The car that the manual box is in has way too much rust so I want to swap the boxes over.
Anyway the questions are:
1. Does the auto body have all the bolt holes etc on the interior for mounting the peddle assembly?
2. I will need to use the tailshaft from the manual box on the other car right? (ie the auto tailshaft is a different size?)
I dont have any kind of manual for my TA22's so if anyone has done this before and has anything else to add to my list of questions please feel free to do so.
Oh also anyone know of someone in Ipsiwch qld, that could do some minor rust repairs for me reasonably cheaply?
