fuel controller......CHEAP!

ok people i got the new jaycar catalog and saw something youse might be intrested in..
a fuel controller ecu...and handset for total of $140!?
controller looks similar to a microtec hand controller
catalog number for the digital fuel adjuster is KC-5385
catalog number for the hand controller is KC-5386
and ebc for nyone intrested is cat no. KC-5387
what use recon?
