A side from intake piping, Intercooler and all the "bolt on" parts of creating a Forced induction motor, what has to be done to the engine itself.
Currently I want to lower the compression (first I need to work out the current compression in N/A form) But I'm likely to be lowering the compression a fair bit (10.5 down to around 8.5-9)
Will I run into issues using thick metal HG, should I replace the head bolts with ARP items so I can torque the head down more?
I want to run around 15lb boost (possibly Nitrous as well)
The injectors will be upgraded, and the valve springs/seal need looking at.
But is there any thing else? This will be a street car with occasional strip use.
Cheers
Simon.
