split near the top of my radiator

my radiator split while on the way to work this morning (sydney, victoria road, steam coming out of the bonnet of a black MKIV supra, anyone see me?). anyhow, the split is along the front of the radiator, about an inch below the top.
it looks to me like the whole top of the radiator is removable, is it a big job to replace it? (given i am a bit of a schmo when it comes to anything mechanical)
