I've read the thread on tips on painting the interior but what about if you have deep scratches on the plastic/vinyl? What do I use to fill it before painting?

Can I use fibreglass filler then sand it down?

Any experiences, info would be appreciated!

I have never "filled" them but I have used a heat gun / gas torch to smooth them out a bit.

It works really well!

Obviously you need to take care not to burn your interior though.

Otherwise just sand it back smooth and spray it with vinyl spray or what not.
