Got a 3T with a dead starter motor (guy before me left the bonnet off for 3 months... water in starter = bad juju... ), and all the wreckers around canberra i've spoken to are freakin eeedjiots.
I have about 7 different starters at home ranging from '73 corolla to '84 corolla, 83 commondore, 82 falcon, hiace, galant...
and none of them fit.
Can't even strip any down and use the internals and teeth. Nothin seems to fit! bah!
so.... I'm trying to find a starter that will fit onto a 3T (it's a single cam, carbie engine... yay.) - anyone know what these came in, or where there's one that I could rip the starter off?
If anyone in canberra has one lying round... 0417 045 931...
