Me and my friends are so astonished. Can you help?
Motor: 3T with electronic ignition. (Bosch coil from Saab, Ford Sierra igniter, electronic dizzy from later model 2T.)
Problem: spark hits through coil! and coil HT wire. It's not some occasional small spark but inch long huge arch wandering all over. Normally it gets ground from either + or - terminal of coil.
What I have already tried: New and another coil, new and another rotor, new and another distributor cap, another set of HT wires, new spark plugs BPR6EY and BP5ES, I also added extra earth wire from head to battery.
Problem occured gradually and has gotten so bad that it's impossible to drive when it's raining due to humidity, I guess?
There is also bug problem. The spark firstly fawns bugs there and then stuns them so that bugs starts to act as a new ground for the spark and problem gets even worse until I remove these mosquito's, flies, dragonflies and god knows what. Weird anyway. I have a video cut of that "spark".
