how to identify between 4age engines? Mon, 05 July 2004 13:49 Go to previous message
i hear people talk about how there is the 7 rib block compared to 4 rib block, but i cant see any ribs on my engine.

i know that some engines can be identified by the cam covers, but ive also heard that these can be changed?

on the 100kw engine, are the spark plugs connected through the black strip in the middle of the cam cover. or is this a trademark of the bluetop 86kw engine?

what are some other ways to determine different engines?
